1. Plan your travel time around nap time
If you have young children, it’s best to plan your travel
time around their nap time. This way the majority of the drive they’re fast
asleep in the backseat of your Volkswagen as you trek across Arizona.
2. Snack responsibly
Everyone knows one of the easiest ways to keep children
happy on road trips is with a steady supply of snacks. However, make sure these
snacks aren’t loaded with sugar. Giving your kids a sugar-high will only make

3. Pack cleaning supplies
No matter how old or how well behaved your children are,
