The 2015 Volkswagen Golf TDI! 

This vehicle has ten more horsepower than the outgoing model and improves fuel economy with a new engine. It also has a base price that is lower than the 2014 Golf TDI. The 2015 Golf TDI ranked first in the Alternative Fuel Category and receives the Northwest Green Car of the Year honors. 

"The all-new 2015 Golf TDI combines class-leading fuel economy, more power, advanced technology, reduced emissions, all while offering a tremendous value starting $3,000 less than the outgoing model," said Mark McNabb, Chief Operations Officer, Volkswagen of America. "This Northwest Green Car of the Year honor validates the benefits of the Golf TDI and highlights the leadership position the Pacific Northwest has taken in embracing alternative fuel technologies like TDI® Clean Diesel."

The 2015 Golf TDI is the seventh generation Golf and will be available early next year with a turbocharged Clean Diesel engine, and your choice of six-speed manual or automatic transmission. The new engine will get about 31 miles per gallon in the city and 35 miles per gallon combined which is an improvement of one mile per gallon over the previous numbers. 

The 2015 Golf TDI has interior features that includes comfort for both driver and passenger, and increased trunk space.

Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Avondale- Volkswagen Beetle GRC

On June 20, 2014, the brand new Volkswagen Beetle GRC was released. GRC stands for (Redbull) Global Rallycross. This specific vehicle is a more angry and aggressive version of the Volkswagen Beetle. It gets 544 horsepower and weighs as little as 2668 pounds.

The Volkswagen Beetle GRC features a six-speed transmission, fixed-ratio all-wheel-drive system, and 17-inch wheels.

"With this combination of low weight, high horsepower, and all-wheel-drive traction, the Beetle GRC is predicted to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in an incredibly quick 2.1 seconds." - AutoBlog

The Volkswagen Beetle GRC will run later this season in the Red Bull Global Rallycross championship. Behind the wheel will be Andretti Autosport and Scott Speed. The race debut date has not been announced.

Jost Capito, Volkswagen Motorsport director, said: "After Volkswagen of America's impressive start on the rallycross scene with the Polo, the launch of the new Beetle GRC rallycross car represents the next major milestone. The Beetle boasts a unique appearance and state-of-the-art technology. It will sweep fans off their feet."

Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Avondale- VW Amarok Power Concept

The Volkswagen Amarok Power concept was revealed at this year's Worthersee festival in Austria. It has a 5,000-watt sound system, speakers, subwoofer and MC2 amplifiers. It also has a powerful and shiny 'Dynamic Grey' exterior. Orange decals are placed on the side of the vehicle and the 22 inch Alloy Wheels have been painted in gunmetal. 

The interior of the Volkswagen Amarok Power contains black and orange graphics on bucket seats along with a black steering wheel and leather throughout. According to Volkswagen, the sound system will be “one of the loudest portable sound systems ever built.”
